P. Boye Motivations

We all desire respect , we all want to be honoured , in fact sometimes we demand respect from people , we often times look down on people when they demand respect from us , but have you ever bothered to ask if you deserve to be respected?, because at the end of the day , respect can’t be demanded, it can only be earned if YOU have built for yourself a personal quality, achievements , status or symbol which makes you unique or outstanding even in obscurity, no matter how much you force respect from people, once they cannot see any unique thing you carry, or achievement they expect, or status expected, once they see an opportunity they may begin to disrespect you because, respect for you was demanded from them, right from the word go and not earned by you in the first place .

Sometimes, its not all about personal qualities, of your character, beauty or achievements, but its about how you carry yourself and present yourself to people , when you step into a place, do people take note of you because you’re popular or do they take note because you’re over dressed ?, Has any one ever walked up to you and said , I love the way you walk ?,I wish to be like you ? And the reason why they’d want to be like you isn’t because they know you but because of how you’ve carried yourself and the confidence you have expressed even afterwards. , because no matter how well you think you carry yourself , if you do not value yourself it will show .

So I ask, what kind of things do you wear? , what kind of food do you eat ?, how do you eat ? How do you talk to people ?. Sometimes we even hate it when someone just walks up to us and starts talking too Much , its quite unpleasant.
Few times , the real change you need is in the outside , not so that people could love you for who you’re not but so that you could finally earn that respect you deserve . Now when you have this , and you back it up with the mind and character , now , you could just sit at a corner and not demand attention but get it .

You must carry yourself in such a way that when people are sitting , you will be STANDING , and when they are standing you will be STANDING OUT , and when they stand out , you’ll be outstanding, and when they are OUTSTANDING , YOU WILL BE THE STANDARD!..
